Before scheduling a session, I will need to receive a vet referral form filled out by your vet faxed to the office, and a New Patient Form filled out by you, which you can email to me. (Please email me the name of the vet that will be faxing the form so I can have the office staff look out for it.)

After receiving the forms, I would like to schedule a phone conversation to learn more about your dog. The more information you can tell me the better. This saves time because when you both come into the office, I can focus on your dog’s treatment. This also gives you a chance to ask any questions you have.
Please note I do not treat aggressive dogs or those that need to be muzzled when going to the veterinarian.

- Tui Na Massage
- A short acupressure lesson for dog owners on the acupressure points to use in between sessions
- Herbal & Homeopathic Medicine (Please note that I do not sell anything and you will be given a list of recommendations with information where to purchase them.)

House-calls Salem MA area only
First Initial Session $225 – 235 Follow Up $165- 185
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit cards and checks. A 4% fee is added to credit card totals.
