Everything You Need to Know About Scheduling An Acupuncture Session for Your Pet!

Accepting new patients at Our Family Veterinary Services in Peabody MA on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your pet does not have to be a patient at the office.

OFVS located at 649 Lowell St unit f, Peabody, MA 01960. Free Parking

House-calls in the Salem MA area only

Before scheduling a session, I will need to receive a vet referral form filled out by your vet faxed to the office, and a New Patient Form filled out by you, which you can email to me. (Please email me the name of the vet that will be faxing the form so I can have the office staff look out for it.)

The forms may be downloaded on our website: https://www.fourpawsacupuncture.com/infofees.html

Please email me a photo of your pet. 4pawsacupuncture@gmail.com

After receiving the forms, I would like to schedule a phone conversation to learn more about your dog. The more information you can tell me the better. This saves time because when you both come into the office, I can focus on your dog’s treatment. This also gives you a chance to ask any questions you have.

Please note I do not treat aggressive dogs or those that need to be muzzled when going to the veterinarian.

All Sessions Include:

  • Acupuncture
  • Laser
  • Acupressure
  • Tui Na Massage
  • A short acupressure lesson for dog owners on the acupressure points to use in between sessions
  • Herbal & Homeopathic Medicine (Please note that I do not sell anything and you will be given a list of recommendations with information where to purchase them.)
